One thing I truly enjoy is working with leaders and their teams.  There is something deeply satisfying in watching people come together for the common good.  I have seen a new perspective bring life to a team and send them on a new and unified path.

Areas of Focus:

Development of Leaders and Leadership Style - Each person is uniquely gifted and often times that gift might be misused or even misunderstood.  Strong teams become stronger when each person understands their gifts and leadership style.
 

Vision Casting and Strategy - Asking powerful questions and inviting ideas, we can work together to find a winning solution.  There is something powerful in creative brainstorming followed by intentional planning.
 

Nonprofit Leadership - Combining leadership in the nonprofit sector can be challenging.  Board of Directors can add tremendous leadership, excitement and support to teams that communicate in a postive way.  Building unity between staff, volunteers and board is necessary and can be done with thoughtful planning.
